Why are we making changes?
Over the past few years, we have greatly expanded our test menu. To accommodate new product areas and keep ordering as quick and easy as possible, we will be rolling out significant changes to the healthcare provider portal over the next few months.
What are the changes?
- Things look different! The visual styling has been updated.
- Ordering is faster! The new ordering experience is more intuitive, requires fewer clicks and is faster (on average 25%).
- We’ll be able to support new workflows.
- The updated order flow lets you order either:
- carrier and NIPS together for patients in one transaction
- carrier and proactive together for patients in one transaction
- Much more coming soon, including a launchpad where you can more quickly order your preferred tests, other packaged test options, and streamlined ordering workflows, including for sponsored testing.
We want your feedback!
We know change can be hard and we don’t want to disrupt your day-to-day workflows. To that end, we’ll give you the ability to revert to the old application for a period of time but we really want your feedback so that we can improve the experience to meet your needs. Provide feedback or contact us.
