If you enter your patient's email address when submitting the order online, he/she will be prompted to create an account to track the status of the order. You can also share with the patient after the order has been placed:
- Navigate to Orders and Reports and click on the
icon for the order you would like to share
- Click on the With your patient tab
- Enter the patient’s email address and click Add patient email
Please note that this does not automatically release the results to the patient.
